Job Description: Sales Executive (L1 Associate)
Location: Nashik, Maharashtra
Reporting to: Team Leader / Manager (L2)
Role Objective :
To act as a digital growth consultant for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), helping them expand their market reach across India by leveraging the IndiaMART B2B ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Field Sales & Consultation: Conduct a minimum of 3 to 4 face-to-face meetings daily with business owners and manufacturers to demonstrate the value of IndiaMART’s digital solutions.
• Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly sales targets of 5 deals by pitching and closing premium subscription packages, including TrustSeal, MDC-MYR, and Maximiser.
• Lead Management: Diligently manage leads provided through the official Mobile ERP and ensure timely follow-ups to maintain a healthy sales pipeline..
• Market Analysis: Identify potential clients in industrial hubs (such as Ambad, Satpur, or anywhere in Nashik) and tailor digital strategies to their specific industry needs.
Performance & Salary Linkage
• Meeting Slab Compliance: Daily attendance and salary are strictly linked to meeting targets. 3 to 4 meetings a day.
• Hosting Targets: Performance is measured by the number of successful "Hostings" (sales closures) achieved each month.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Graduate or Diploma holder in any stream.
• Infrastructure: Mandatory possession of a functional Two-Wheeler and an Android Smartphone.
• Communication: Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi is essential for local market penetration.
• Traits: High energy, persistence, and result oriented.
• Experience: Fresher to 2 years of experience in relevant stream.
