- Strong convincing power

- Understanding of sales process

- Ability to deal with customers, dealers, and distributors

- Capability to assist the Area Manager

- Provide product information to customers

- Ability to create and manage own distributor network

Salary:

- Experienced: Hike on previous salary + Attractive Incentives + PF + ESIC + Medical Benefits

- Fresher: Based on knowledge and interview performance
