Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our real estate sales and marketing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, conducting site visits, and closing sales. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals looking to grow their career in real estate, with a willingness to work in a flexible, field-oriented environment.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and follow up with leads generated via digital campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
Conduct property presentations and organize site visits for prospective buyers.
Understand customer requirements and provide guidance on suitable project options.
Effectively handle client interactions, maintain good client relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Maintain sales records and provide periodic reports to the sales head or management.
Coordinate with internal teams like CRM, Legal, and Marketing to ensure seamless post-sale support.
Stay updated on market trends, project offerings, and competitors in the real estate domain.
Promote brand awareness and represent the company professionally during all client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Sales/Marketing preferred).
0–3 years of experience in real estate sales or similar customer-facing roles. Freshers with strong communication and interest in real estate are welcome.
Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (other South Indian languages are a plus).
Confidence in handling clients, making presentations, and negotiating.
Willingness to travel and work in a field-based sales role across Chennai.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently or in a team.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
Basic knowledge of the real estate market in Chennai.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license is preferred.
