Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Work : On Location

Roles & Responsibilities:

Visit customers, dealers, and distributors in assigned areas
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Promote and sell company products
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct market research and track competitors
Follow up with clients for orders and payments
Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Dispatch, Accounts)
Maintain daily visit reports and sales records

Requirements:

Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
Ability to travel locally
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Minimum qualification: 12th / Graduate
