Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, social media, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitors.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Present and promote company products or services to prospective customers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
