GNG Auto Aids Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through effective field sales activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to work independently in a target-oriented environment.
Identify and prospect potential customers through field visits, cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door sales activities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers by effectively presenting products and solutions.
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities and achieve assigned targets.
Maintain and regularly update the client database with accurate and relevant customer information.
Track sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and share market feedback and insights with management.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.
Mandatory: Valid two-wheeler driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in:
Credit card sales
Personal loan sales
Home loan sales
Paytm or other fintech sales
Commercial vehicle sales
Auto or two-wheeler vehicle sales
Open to freshers as well as candidates with relevant sales experience.
Familiarity with various sales techniques and field sales practices.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and perform effectively in a target-driven environment.
