We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales of Bajaj Electricals products across the South Kolkata market.
Visit dealers, distributors, retailers and electrical shops regularly.
Generate new business and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
Promote and explain product features, offers and schemes to customers.
Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the assigned territory.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and market visit reports.
Requirements:
1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in electrical/consumer durable/FMCG products.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of the South Kolkata market.
Must be comfortable with extensive field travel.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
