Job Description

This role is a complete field sales & marketing job, you will need to visit shops daily in the market, find new customers for Soundbox/QR yourself, work on old shop leads for loan and RRR, and complete *10 touchpoints daily*, it involves 8-10 hours of field work and traveling in your assigned area


Touchpoint (TP) Structure:

1. *Soundbox Sale:* 5 to 10 TP

2. *Loan Approval:* 10 to 25 TP

3. *RRR Action:* 2 TP

4. *MID with Soundbox:* 2 TP

5. *Shop Visit:* 1 TP


For new scanner/speaker, you have to find customers yourself, company will only give leads for old shops to check and do loan
