💰 Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹22,000 per month
+ Incentives as per performance
Key Responsibilities
Market Penetration: Identify and meet manufacturing company owners, SMEs, and truck owners in your assigned territory.
App Pitching: Conduct live demonstrations of the FR8 App, explaining key features like the Live Truck Rate Calculator, Real-time Tracking, and Digital POD (Proof of Delivery).
Customer Onboarding: Guide new users through the registration process on the app, ensuring all KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, Truck RC, etc.) are correctly uploaded.
Lead Generation: Convert cold leads and field inquiries into active app users and regular load providers/suppliers.
Relationship Management: Maintain cordial, long-term relationships with onboarded partners to ensure high "stickiness" and repeat usage of the platform.
Operational Coordination: Work closely with the Central Operations and Supply teams to ensure that the loads posted by your onboarded customers are fulfilled promptly.
Market Intelligence: Provide feedback to the product team regarding local market rates, competitor activities, and user experience issues.
