Customer Field sales officer (Onboarding )*
We are looking for motivated candidates for the position of Field Sales Officer.
The role involves visiting industrial areas to onboard truck owners and educate them about our company’s logistics services.
Candidates will analyze trucks and complete their registration in the company app through the KYC process.
The position requires regular travel and active field sales.
You will be responsible for building relationships with truck owners/customers, following up with them to maintain long-term connections, and encouraging repeat business and referrals. •You will also work closely with senior officials to understand targets and coordinate with team members to achieve them.
Job Responsibilities:
• Visit industrial areas and onboard truck owners/customers
• Explain company services and benefits to potential customers
• Analyze trucks and register them in the company app (KYC process)
• Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and generate referrals
* To Pitch about FR8 & benefits provided and explain to them on how FR8 app would solve their issues and improve connectivity .
* The leads will be provided from the company end.
* To On-board customers to FR8's technology App.
* To Maintain cordial relationships with customers and grow their loads of connectivity with FR8.
* Closely coordinate with the Operation team for effective connection of trucks to the Customers
• Work with senior officials to understand targets and support the team in achieving them
*Requirements* :
Hindi Speaking Is Mandatory
Age Should Be Below 27
No Career Gaps
• Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
*Time details*
• Full Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Part Time: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

• Petrol allowance
• SIM allowance provided by the company
*Payment Details:*
• Full Time Salary: ₹17,000 fixed per month + incentives
• ₹650 incentive will be provided for each successful truck registration (after KYC completion).
