Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect, visit clients, and generate leads in the field to achieve sales targets.

• Promote and sell electronics products/components/solutions to existing and new customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in relevant industries.

• Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate deals, and close sales on-site.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in the Electronics Industry (e.g., components, manufacturing, or related products).

• Educational Background: Diploma/Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Basic technical knowledge of electronics products (e.g., components, circuits, power supplies, etc.) to effectively communicate with technical clients.

Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong ability to work independently in the field with a proactive approach.

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

• Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,423.23 - ₹28,904.13 per month
