Field Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and potential customers in assigned territories.
Promote and sell company products such as spices, masalas, and packaged food items.
Generate new leads and onboard new customers.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat orders.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
Follow up on payments and outstanding dues.
Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to management.
Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising at retail outlets.
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to convince customers and close sales.
Knowledge of field sales and FMCG distribution.
Basic reporting and record-keeping skills.
Customer relationship management.
Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
Experience: 0–5 years in sales (FMCG experience preferred).
Must be comfortable with field work and local travel.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license are often preferred.
Salary Range
For similar roles in Delhi NCR, salaries are commonly in the range of ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month, with incentives and travel allowances based on performance.
