FMCG Field Sales Executive (Food & Grocery On-Ground Sales
Location: Navi Mumbai (Kharghar / Nerul / Vashi / Seawoods / Belapur)
Role: Full-time Field Sales – Retail Store Onboarding + Order Taking About the Role We are looking for a street-smart FMCG Field Sales Executive who can take our wood-pressed oils into general kirana stores, supermarkets, and organic stores across Navi Mumbai. This is 100% field work — visiting shops, placing products on shelves, taking orders, collecting feedback, and building long-term relationships. If you are someone who loves being on-ground, talking to retailers, convincing them, and pushing sales — this role is PERFECT for you.
Key Responsibilities Daily Work :
● Visit 7-8 retail stores (general stores, supermarkets, organic stores) daily s ● Get trial placements
● Take paid orders from stores
● Build relationships with shop owners
● Maintain follow-ups with B2B clients for repeat orders ● Deal with potential distributors/sub-dealers
● Send daily field report with: ○ Stores visited ○ Photos ○ Orders taken ○ Feedback collected Targets (First 30 Days)
● Stores visits ●
Trial placements
● Onboard paid stores ● Competitor mapping in all areas
● Route plan creation for Navi Mumbai
Who Should Apply People with 1–5 years experience in:
● FMCG field sales ● Kirana store onboarding ● Distributors / wholesalers ● Grocery products like oil, spices, atta, honey, ghee, pickles, organic foods People who are: ● Energetic, ambitious, hungry to grow ● Good at field work ● Good at establishing and maintaining relationships with store owners ● Serious about hitting targets ● Can understand the pulse of the customers
Salary & Incentives
● ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (fixed) depending on the experience and caliber of the person + incentives on sales + travel allowance
