Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned territory.
Actively visit dealers, distributors, retailers, and key accounts to generate demand and close sales.
2. Dealer & Distributor Development
Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers and distributors in underpenetrated or potential markets.
Conduct regular performance reviews of channel partners and assist in stock planning and order placement.
3. Retail Channel Management
Build strong relationships with retail outlets and ensure secondary sales movement.
Implement point-of-sale strategies, product visibility, and brand promotions at the retail level.
4. Market Development
Conduct field surveys and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Participate in trade shows, local exhibitions, and dealer meets to enhance brand presence.
5. Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate sales reports, distributor performance data, and market intelligence.
