• Responsible for meeting specific monthly or annual business targets for both home loans and LAP. 

• Sourcing new business leads through direct cold calling, networking, and collaborating with DSA partners. 

• Clearly explaining loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and required documentation to potential customers

• Assisting customers with the loan application process, collecting necessary documents, and verifying their financial and personal information.

• Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and generate valuable referrals.
