Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team Fire And Personal Safety Enterprises. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹50000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site visits to potential clients/customers for product demonstrations.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

• Identify business opportunities and generate leads in assigned territory.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

• Report daily activities and client feedback to the sales manager.

• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns when required.

• Ensure proper branding and visibility of products in the market.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: MBA in Sales & Marketing (mandatory)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or relevant role

• Gender: Open to both Male & Female candidates

• Location: Willingness to travel and work anywhere in India

• Other Requirements:

  • Own two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
