Coordinate with Project Managers, Transaction Teams, and Central CAT Teams to achieve targets and goals.

Interact with clients to resolve deployment issues and ensure service efficiency.

Set monthly and weekly enrollment targets for each district and motivate teams to meet minimum requirements.

Manage operations within allocated budgets.

Report progress and operational issues to the Head Office and work toward timely resolutions.

Approve resource allocations and support district heads in operational planning.
