FinanceKaart is a fast-growing financial services platform that connects customers with leading Banks & NBFCs for Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Business Loans, and Personal Loans. We focus on providing simple, transparent, and customer-friendly financial solutions.
Generate new leads through field visits, references, and business networking.
Visit clients to understand their financial requirements and pitch suitable loan products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring smooth loan application & disbursal.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal teams for loan processing.
Achieve monthly sales/disbursal targets assigned.
Maintain daily visit reports, lead trackers, and MIS updates.
Represent FinanceKaart in a professional and ethical manner.
Strong communication & negotiation skills (Hindi & English).
Passion for field sales and client interaction.
Basic knowledge of loan products (training will be provided).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Minimum Graduate (Any stream).
MBA/PGDM (Preferred but not mandatory).
Experience in BFSI/Direct Sales is an added advantage.
Fixed Salary (₹15,000 – ₹25,000) + Attractive Incentives based on loan disbursal.
