We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting residential and commercial clients, showcasing our furniture products, generating leads, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and a passion for sales.
Visit potential customers in assigned territories to promote and sell company products.
Identify new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing to clients.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback to the management.
Coordinate with the store and delivery team to ensure smooth order processing.
Represent the company professionally and uphold brand values.
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in furniture or retail (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of the local market and customer behavior.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must be comfortable traveling extensively within assigned areas.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
