Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Field Sales Executiv to join our team and help grow our steel trading business. The candidate will be responsible for meeting customers, generating new business, maintaining existing relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customers, dealers, contractors, builders, and other potential clients regularly.

Generate new leads and develop new customer relationships.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable steel products. Follow up with existing and potential customers for orders.

Prepare and share quotations with customers. Negotiate prices and close sales as per company guidelines.

Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery.

Maintain regular contact with customers and ensure good customer relationships.

Monitor market prices, competitors, and new business opportunities.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. Maintain basic records of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in steel, construction materials, hardware, or industrial products.

Good communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with regular field visits.

Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales. Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp and other common office tools.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred. Should be target-oriented and willing to travel locally.
