Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for visiting potential and existing clients, promoting our products/services, and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets. You will play a crucial role in building strong customer relationships and driving market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territory

• Schedule and conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Gather market intelligence and competitor information

• Prepare daily reports on client visits, feedback, and sales performance

• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales or a similar role (1–3 years preferred)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Willingness to travel within assigned territory

• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets

• Proficiency in using CRM tools and reporting software is a plus

• Minimum qualification: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred

• Own vehicle and valid driving license (if applicable)
