We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for visiting potential and existing clients, promoting our products/services, and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets. You will play a crucial role in building strong customer relationships and driving market expansion.
Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territory
Schedule and conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Gather market intelligence and competitor information
Prepare daily reports on client visits, feedback, and sales performance
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns
Proven experience in field sales or a similar role (1–3 years preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets
Proficiency in using CRM tools and reporting software is a plus
Minimum qualification: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred
Own vehicle and valid driving license (if applicable)
