Field Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with potential and existing customers in person to sell products or services, build relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, persuasive, and results-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned territories to meet with prospects and customers.

• Demonstrate and present products or services to potential clients.

• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert opportunities into sales.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

• Achieve sales targets and report on performance.

• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [industry-specific area, e.g., FMCG, pharmaceuticals, B2B, etc.].

• Knowledge of the local market and customer base.
