Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive - Wi-Fi/Broadband

Job Overview: We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Excitel Broadband. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our high-speed Wi-Fi and broadband connections in designated areas, generating leads, and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door visits and on-ground activities to generate leads for Excitel broadband services.

• Clearly explain the benefits, plans, and installation processes of our Wi-Fi/broadband services to potential customers.

• Convert leads into active sales to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and referrals.

• Maintain daily reports of sales activities, customer feedback, and area mapping.
  
  Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass

  • Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in field sales (experience in Telecom/Broadband/FMCG sales is a plus).

  • Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

  • Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in a target-driven field role.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
