Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive (B2C) to actively engage with individual customers in the field, promote our products/services, and close sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on direct interaction with consumers, enjoys fieldwork, and has a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit residential neighborhoods, public spaces, and customer homes to promote and sell products/services directly to individual consumers.

• Demonstrate and present products to potential customers, understanding their needs and addressing queries effectively.

• Generate leads and convert prospects through on-ground sales activities.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.

• Build and maintain a customer base by ensuring excellent post-sales service and follow-up.

• Distribute marketing materials, gather customer feedback, and report market trends.

• Participate in promotional activities, community events, and product roadshows.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM tools or mobile apps.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2C sales, direct sales, or door-to-door selling (preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, outgoing, and persuasive personality.

• Ability to understand consumer behavior and pitch accordingly.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Comfortable with extensive field travel.

• Basic knowledge of digital tools and mobile CRM apps.

• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).

• Must own a smartphone and a two-wheeler (if applicable).
