Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Field Sales Executive responsible for onboarding drivers/riders through app-based registration. The candidate will identify potential partners, explain company benefits, and assist them in completing the registration process successfully.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential drivers/riders in assigned areas.
Explain company policies, earning structure, incentives, and onboarding process.
Assist candidates in completing app-based registration and documentation.
Verify required documents (DL, RC, PAN, Aadhaar, Bank details, etc.).
Ensure smooth activation of driver/rider profiles.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.
Maintain proper records of leads and onboarding status.
Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.
Conduct follow-ups with interested candidates to complete registration.
Provide basic training or guidance on app usage.
Requirements
Previous experience in on-road or field sales preferred
Good communication and convincing skills
Ability to travel daily within assigned area
Two-wheeler/vehicle with valid license (preferred)
Basic knowledge of mobile apps / sales reporting
Skills
Basic knowledge of smartphone applications.
Target-oriented and field-ready mindset.
Ability to work independently.
Problem-solving skills.
Local area knowledge is preferred.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
Prior experience in field sales, rider onboarding, or B2B acquisition is an advantage.
Comfortable with fieldwork and travel.
