Field Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities
• Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads
and current customers.
• Generate and develop new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls with existing
and new clients.
• Passionately promote our products and services to develop relationships with sales prospects.
• Achieve sales targets based on the past history of the allotted accounts.
• Ensure that old outstanding payments of allotted accounts are under control.
• Regularly communicate with potential clients over the phone, email, text, and in-person to follow up
on project status.
• Regularly visit existing and prospective clients across Delhi/NCR and outstation locations for
business development, client meetings, follow-ups, and relationship management.
• Willingness to travel within Delhi/NCR and other cities as required for business purposes.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings, understand client requirements, generate new business
opportunities, and follow up on ongoing projects.
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
• Ensure satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the internal team and field sales team to ensure timely closure of leads and
customer requirements.
Required Skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving
and conflict resolution skills.
• Familiarity with negotiations and other sales tactics.
• Business goal oriented, with the ability to achieve business targets consistently.
• Self-motivated with good time management and the ability to multitask and remain calm under
pressure.
• Learning attitude and willingness to develop sales skills.
• Proven track record working as a B2B sales representative. Freshers with the right attitude and
good communication skills are welcome.
• Must be a Graduate (any stream).
• Must be comfortable with regular local and outstation travel.
