Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships in the Corporate, Government, Education, and Institutional sectors. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT, Audio-Visual, Networking, or System Integration solutions and be willing to travel for client meetings and product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and meet new corporate, government, education, and institutional clients.
• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and client meetings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT, AV, and Smart Classroom solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations at customer locations or through online meetings.
• Prepare proposals, Basic technical presentations and quotations.
• Coordinate with the pre-sales and technical teams for solution design, installation, and project execution.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into business.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Maintain daily sales reports, customer visit reports, and CRM updates.
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, preferably in IT Infrastructure, Networking, Audio-Visual, Smart Classroom, Video Conferencing, or System Integration solutions(any one).
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of IT hardware, networking, AV solutions, and video conferencing products will be preferred.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide solution-based selling.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings, demonstrations, and client site visits.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license (preferred).
Preferred Skills
• Experience in handling Government (GeM), Corporate, Education, or Enterprise clients.
• Knowledge of IT hardware, networking, AV solutions, and video conferencing products or similar will be an added advantage.
• Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
