Job Description for Relationship Manager :

 - Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely repayment of loans.

 - Identify new business opportunities through referrals and networking.

 - Conduct field visits to assess customer creditworthiness and verify property documents.

 - Process loan applications, conduct due diligence, and disburse funds accordingly.

 - Responsible for disbursements
