We are looking for a ••highly driven Sales & Marketing Executive•• who can expand our dealer network, drive sales, and ensure strong market presence across the e-rickshaw ecosystem (dealers, mechanics, OEMs).
This is a ••field-intensive role•• requiring travel, relationship building, and ownership of revenue and collections.
1. Sales Growth & Dealer Development••
• Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and OEM customers
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Increase monthly sales volume and market penetration
• Ensure repeat orders and long-term customer retention
2. Market Development••
• Visit markets, workshops, and mechanics regularly
• Build brand demand at ••mechanic level (key influencers)••
• Collect real-time market feedback (pricing, competitor activity, issues)
• Help position ED BLUE as a ••premium yet reliable brand••
3. Collections & Credit Management••
• Follow up on outstanding payments
• Ensure timely collections as per company policy
• Balance sales growth with controlled credit exposure
• Report risky customers and delays proactively
4. Product Understanding & Technical Selling••
• Clearly explain product features (motor performance, durability, warranty)
• Assist customers in selecting the right product
• Handle basic technical queries and coordinate with support team
5. Marketing Execution••
• Execute on-ground marketing activities (banners, posters, dealer branding)
• Support WhatsApp marketing and lead conversion
• Represent ED BLUE in exhibitions and local events
