We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to help us promote and sell electric bikes and support our store operations.What You Will Do:Go to apartments and commercial areas to set up canopies and talk to people about electric bikes.Explain the features, benefits, and different models of electric bikes in a simple way.Understand the customer’s needs and suggest the best vehicle for them.Arrange and coordinate test rides for interested customers.Work to achieve monthly sales targets and help grow the business.Support store operations when the Store Manager is not present.Follow all company procedures for lead collection, test rides, store visits, and delivery.Do basic store tasks when required, such as dusting vehicles, printing documents, opening/closing the store, etc.Who We Are Looking For:Someone with experience in direct B2C sales.Comfortable talking to customers and engaging with people offline.Skilled in explaining products, conducting demos, and speaking confidently to groups.Experience in customer relationship management is a plus.Ability to plan and execute promotional activities.Basic awareness of EV charging and electrical safety is an advantage.Good presentation and communication skills.Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Should speak English and Hindi fluently.If you are energetic, enjoy talking to people, and want to be part of India’s growing EV movement, this role is for you!
