Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales in the assigned territory. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.

Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business growth.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.

Gather and analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities.

Provide daily/weekly sales reports and updates to the sales manager.

Handle customer queries, concerns, and after-sales support.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience in field sales, business development, or a similar role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Target-driven with a passion for sales.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
