Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Pilibhit. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, promoting real estate projects, arranging site visits, and converting potential customers into successful sales.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking.

• Promote residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.

• Arrange and conduct property site visits for interested customers.

• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong client relationships.

• Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and project features.

• Negotiate with customers and support the sales closure process.

• Maintain daily records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, and sales progress.

• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.

• Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply.

• Experience: 1–3 years in sales, preferably in real estate, property sales, automobile sales, banking, insurance, or field sales.

• Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and property site visits.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary & Incentives

• Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000, including fuel allowance.

• Additional Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives.

Required Skills

• Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions

• Full-time, on-site position in Pilibhit.
