Job Description

cogenesis Lifesciences is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Officer for Narayangaon, Pune. Candidates should possess a B.Sc. Agriculture, M.Sc. Agriculture, or Agriculture Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Agri Input Sales & Marketing. The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and managing the dealer network, conducting farmer meetings and field demonstrations, promoting the company's plant nutrition products, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring timely payment collections, and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and farmers. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, sound agricultural knowledge, and the ability to work independently.
