About EaseToLearn
EaseToLearn is an education-focused organisation offering technology-driven learning solutions designed to make learning more accessible, engaging and effective.
Role Overview
EaseToLearn is seeking a target-oriented and customer-focused Field Sales Executive to drive revenue through customer conversion and sales closures.
The role involves contacting assigned prospects and enquiries, conducting follow-up calls, understanding customer requirements, delivering in-person demonstrations and home sessions, addressing objections, and converting prospects into paying customers.
The primary responsibility is revenue generation through sales conversion and closures, not lead generation. The candidate must be comfortable with regular field travel, direct customer interaction and performance-based sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Calling and Customer Conversion
Contact assigned prospects and customer enquiries through outbound calls and follow-ups.
Explain the company's products, services, pricing and value proposition accurately.
Understand customer requirements, address queries and resolve sales objections.
Follow up with interested prospects and guide them towards a purchase decision.
2. Field Sales and Home Sessions
Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations and home sessions within the assigned territory.
Explain relevant educational solutions based on customer requirements.
Build customer confidence, address concerns and negotiate within approved company guidelines.
Close sales through effective customer engagement and consultative selling.
Maintain professional conduct during customer visits and represent the company appropriately.
3. Revenue Generation and Sales Closures
Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales and revenue targets.
Convert assigned enquiries and prospects into paying customers.
Drive closures through calling, follow-ups, demonstrations and in-person meetings.
Maintain accurate records of sales opportunities, conversions, payments and closure status, wherever applicable.
Monitor sales performance and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Provide accurate product information and support a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer onboarding, payment confirmation and post-sale requirements.
Escalate customer concerns and share relevant feedback with the reporting manager.
5. Sales Reporting and Compliance
Update the CRM or designated reporting system with call outcomes, follow-up status, customer visits, home sessions, closures and revenue generated.
Submit daily sales and activity reports within prescribed timelines.
Plan customer visits and follow-ups efficiently to maximise productive selling time.
Follow approved pricing, sales processes, customer communication standards and company policies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will be assessed against defined, measurable targets, including:
Achievement of assigned sales and revenue targets.
Number of successful sales closures and paying customers.
Conversion rate from assigned prospects to paying customers.
Effectiveness of follow-up calls and customer visits.
Number and quality of completed home sessions.
Accuracy and timeliness of sales reporting.
Customer experience and compliance with company policies.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in any discipline.
Freshers with strong communication skills, sales aptitude and a willingness to learn may apply.
Prior experience in field sales, direct sales, education sales, consultative selling or customer conversion will be an advantage.
Good verbal communication, persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Ability to manage follow-ups, interact confidently with customers and work towards sales targets.
Basic proficiency in smartphones and digital reporting tools; familiarity with CRM systems or spreadsheets is an advantage.
Mandatory Requirements
Must own and have regular access to a personal two-wheeler or four-wheeler suitable for field visits.
Must hold a valid driving licence for the vehicle used.
Must be comfortable with regular travel across Delhi NCR or the assigned territory.
Must be willing to conduct customer visits and home sessions.
Must be comfortable with outbound calling, follow-ups, direct selling and revenue-based performance targets.
Important Clarification About the Role
This is a field-based sales conversion and revenue-generation position, not a lead-generation role.
The company will assign prospects or customer enquiries for follow-up and conversion, as per its operational process. The executive will be responsible for engaging these prospects, conducting customer interactions and home sessions, following up consistently, and converting them into paying customers.
Independent lead sourcing is not the primary responsibility of this position.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, disciplined and comfortable with field mobility. They should be capable of managing the sales conversion process from the initial assigned customer contact through follow-up, home session and final closure. A strong focus on customer needs, sales discipline and measurable revenue outcomes is essential.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation may be offered up to ₹50,000 per month, depending on the approved fixed-pay and incentive structure, relevant experience and performance.
The applicable fixed salary, performance incentives, travel reimbursement and other benefits, if any, will be communicated during the recruitment process.
