Job Description

The Survey/Leasing Executive is responsible for conducting field surveys, identifying suitable properties/sites, collecting relevant data, and coordinating with property owners and internal teams to support leasing and expansion projects.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits to identify suitable properties/lands.
Measure and verify site dimensions and area.
Assess location feasibility (road access, frontage, visibility, surroundings).
Collect ownership documents and property details.
Take site photographs and prepare survey reports.
Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and developers.
Assist in preliminary commercial discussions.
Maintain and update survey data in Excel/CRM.
Submit daily/weekly progress reports to management.
