We are looking for a motivated and versatile Field Cum Telecaller Executive who can handle both telecalling and field sales activities. The role involves generating leads through phone calls, following up with potential customers, visiting clients in the field, and converting leads into sales.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound queries and provide information about offerings.
Schedule and conduct field visits to meet prospective clients.
Generate new leads and maintain the existing customer database.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Collect market feedback and report customer needs, preferences, and competitor activity.
Prepare and submit daily reports on calls, visits, and conversions.
