Job Title: Field Sales Executive – EdTech

Location: BTM Layout / JP Nagar, Bangalore

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply

Age Limit: 18 – 35 years

Requirement: Two-wheeler is mandatory

Gender: Male candidates only

Languages: English + Kannada

Job Description

We are hiring Field Sales Executives for an EdTech company. The role involves visiting schools, setting up appointments with decision-makers, and promoting our online learning courses.

Key Responsibilities

Visit schools and education institutes within the assigned area.

Approach principals, coordinators, and school administrators to schedule appointments.

Present and promote the company’s online learning courses.

Generate leads through field visits and follow up consistently.

Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to schools.

Maintain daily visit reports and update sales activities.

Meet weekly and monthly targets assigned by the sales team.

Requirements

Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory).

Good communication skills in English and Kannada.

Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

Ability to travel locally across Bangalore.

Basic smartphone knowledge and WhatsApp usage.
