Qualification & Experience
Education: Intermediate / Diploma / Any Graduate
Experience: 1–4 years of experience in field sales

Reporting To: Sales Manager / MD
Job Summary
As a Field Sales Executive is responsible for visiting retail stores, distributors, dealers, and customers to generate sales, promote products, build relationships, and achieve monthly targets. The role involves regular field travel, product demonstrations, and market research. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Visit retail shops, clinics, hospitals, dealers, or distributors to promote and sell products.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
2. Product Promotion & Demonstration
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
Conduct product demos (beds, wheelchairs, physio equipment, retail goods, etc., depending on company products).
Share updated catalogues, offer, and company schemes.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and end customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide quick solutions.
Ensure repeat orders and customer retention.
4. Market Survey & Reporting
Collect market information such as competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
Submit daily field reports, visit logs, and sales data to the manager.
Keep track of payments and ensure timely collection where applicable.
5. Coordination
Coordinate with warehouse, admin, and accounts for dispatches and inventory.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Two-wheeler with valid driving license
