Job Description

We are hiring dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to promote and sell Paytm’s payment solutions, including QR Codes, EDC (Swipe) Machines, and Sound Boxes to merchants and businesses. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience looking to build a career in the fintech sales domain.---Roles & Responsibilities: Visit shops and businesses to promote and sell Paytm QR codes, Sound Boxes, and EDC machines Educate merchants about the benefits and features of Paytm payment devices Onboard merchants on the Paytm platform and assist with installation and activation Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion goals Ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer service Collect feedback and report market trends to the team---Requirements: Must own a smartphone and a two-wheeler (preferred)Strong communication and convincing skillsWillingness to work in the field and meet clients in personBasic knowledge of digital payment systems is an advantage---Benefits:Fixed salary + travel allowanceLucrative performance-based incentivesOn-the-job training and growth opportunitiesOpportunity to work with India’s leading digital payments company
