The Relationship Manager will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining a strong sales pipeline and ensuring a smooth customer experience from presentation to documentation and post-sale relationship management.
Detailed Job Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain daily sales reports of meetings, presentations, and closures.
Attend corporate activities, promotional events to pitch Keystone.
Need assessment & pitch membership plans to customers & prospects.
Generate leads through self-sourcing, Self references, and existing customer network.
Meet prospective customers F2F by scheduling appointments and conducting presentations.
Convince and close sales by handling customer objections and queries.
Provide necessary support in booking first time holiday for new members and generate quality referrals from them Maintain relationships with existing members and generate referrals from them.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 Months of experience in direct sales / Field sales / Hospitality / Timeshare / insurance-Direct Sales / Banking sales / Real Estate / Telecom (Postpaid) / High Ticket size products.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Adept in field sales, and customer meetings Face-to-Face during events.
Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
Graduate in any discipline.
Flexible for work timing & rotational week off.
