🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking a confident and result-oriented Volunteer / Field Sales Executive to promote and present the Upkaar Talent Search & Scholarship Program to educational institutions and students. The candidate will be responsible for institutional tie-ups and maximizing student participation.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Visit Schools, Coaching Institutes, Colleges & Educational Institutions

Professionally present the Project/Program details to Principals, Teachers, and Administrative Authorities

Conduct student awareness sessions and explain scholarship benefits

Build strong institutional relationships

Motivate and convince for maximum student enrollment

Achieve assigned participation targets

Maintain daily visit reports and collection records

Ensure daily closing, reporting, and deposit of collections before End of Day (EOD)

✅ Candidate Profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi mandatory)

Excellent presentation and convincing abilities

Confident in public interaction and institutional meetings

Target-oriented with field work readiness

Basic reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets/WhatsApp updates)

0–3 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Field Executive, or Educational Promotion preferred
