Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Electrical Equipment

Location: Navi Mumbai, Mahape

Job Type: Full-Time | Field-Based

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

• Visit clients on-site to present products and solutions.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations.

• Represent, promote, and sell electrical, Basket products and services to existing and potential clients.

• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery/ Payment Recovery and excellent post-sales support.

• Prepare reports on sales activity, pipeline, and forecast.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Proven field sales experience in the electrical industry is required.

• Strong knowledge of electrical products, systems, and applications.

• Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience selling to industrial clients, electrical contractors, or builders.

• Technical background or experience with electrical panels, switchgear, or related equipment.
