Job Summary

We are launching a massive hiring drive for 100 Field Sales Executives across Delhi. In this role, you will be the face of the company on the ground, driving merchant acquisition and onboarding them onto our advertising and media operations platform. If you have a passion for field sales and want to scale your earnings with uncapped incentives, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Merchant Acquisition: Identify, visit, and pitch our platform services to local merchants and businesses across Delhi.

Onboarding: Handle the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring all details are accurately captured.

Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with onboarded merchants to ensure active engagement.

Market Penetration: Meet daily and weekly targets for merchant acquisitions in your assigned territory.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates are also welcome to apply).

Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in field sales.

Preferred Backgrounds: Telecom Sales, FMCG Sales, Fintech Sales, Merchant Acquisition, B2B Sales, Field Marketing, or Internet/Broadband Sales.

Skills: Strong communication, convincing skills, and a high-energy approach to field sales.

Assets: Having a two-wheeler is preferred/desired (not mandatory).

Compensation & Perks

Fixed Salary: Up to ₹3.6 LPA (depending on experience and interview performance).

Travel Allowance: Fixed ₹5,000 per month.

Incentives: Earn extra on every successful merchant onboarding (Uncapped).
