Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to support our doors and windows segment at Fenesta. This role is primarily focused on market data collection, customer interaction, and site measurements. There are no sales targets associated with this position.
Key Responsibilities
Visit residential and commercial sites to identify potential customers.
Collect market data including customer preferences, competitor activity, and pricing trends.
Interact with walk-in and referred customers to understand their requirements.
Conduct accurate site measurements for doors and windows installations.
Maintain detailed records of site visits, measurements, and customer information.
Coordinate with the internal team for design, estimation, and follow-up processes.
Build and maintain good relationships with homeowners, builders, and contractors.
Provide basic product information and guide customers on available options.
Key Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Prior experience in field work, construction, interiors, or building materials is a plus.
Basic understanding of measurement tools and site handling.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel locally on a daily basis.
Honest, detail-oriented, and disciplined approach to work.
