Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion & Sales Growth:
- Proactively identify and onboard new retail outlets (including independent stores and potential Tea Time franchises) as sales points for our diverse range of tea powders.
  Retailer Relationship Management:
- Regularly visit existing retail partners to ensure optimal product visibility, stock levels, and resolve any operational issues.
Merchandising & Brand Presence:
- Ensure effective merchandising and display of Tea Time products at retail counters.
- Order & Collection Management:
- Accurately record sales orders and ensure their timely processing and delivery.
Reporting & Feedback:
- Maintain detailed records of daily sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
