Job Description – Field Sales Executive
Position: Field Sales Executive – Newspaper Subscription
Location: Noida
Education: 12th Pass or above
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
Visit residential societies, markets, offices and other locations in Noida.
Promote and sell newspaper subscriptions to customers.
Generate 3–4 subscriptions per day.
Explain subscription plans, offers and benefits to customers.
Maintain daily sales records and report performance to the supervisor.
Follow up with interested customers and complete subscription formalities.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹3,000 per month
Performance-based incentives: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month for achieving expected sales performance.
Potential monthly earnings: ₹18,000–₹21,000+, depending on performance.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 12th pass.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with field work and travelling within Noida.
Energetic, confident and target-oriented.
Freshers are welcome.
