Job Summary:
Dekho Becho is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to join our team. In this role, you will meet clients, conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, and close deals. The company will provide qualified leads and inventory, and you will also be responsible for generating new clients and sourcing inventory through field visits and networking.
Key Responsibilities
Meet clients and understand their requirements.
Handle company-provided leads and convert them into successful sales.
Conduct site visits with interested clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers.
Generate new clients through field visits, references, and networking.
Source new inventory for the company whenever required.
Follow up with clients until the deal is successfully closed.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth transactions.
Maintain daily records of client meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
6 months to 3 years of experience in field sales or direct sales.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills are also welcome.
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Comfortable with field work and client meetings.
Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and have a valid driving licence.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Basic knowledge of the Delhi NCR market will be an added advantage.
