We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in field sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new customers.
Visit potential customers (retailers, distributors, small businesses, etc.) to generate leads and close sales.
Promote and sell the company’s products/services within an assigned territory.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collect market intelligence and report on competitor activity, pricing, and product performance.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery and customer onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and daily activity reports.
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 4 years in field sales, direct sales, or B2B/B2C sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel locally within Chennai.
Ability to work independently and handle rejection professionally.
Education: + 2 / Any Graduate .
