Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential residential societies and decision-makers (RWAs, facility managers, etc.)
Conduct product presentations and demos to showcase app features and benefits
Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to generate leads and increase brand awareness
Handle client onboarding and ensure a smooth implementation process
Maintain CRM records, follow up on leads, and close deals
Collaborate with product and support teams for continuous client satisfaction
Attend relevant events, exhibitions, and networking meets to promote the app
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in SaaS, real estate, or tech products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus
Knowledge of residential society functioning and decision-making processes is an advantage
