Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential and existing customers to present products and close sales.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.

• Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.

• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools or sales reports.

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth post-sale service.

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar role.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
